7- Megakaryocytes with Emperipolesis
Emperipolesis is the present of an intact leukocytes within a megakaryocyte. It is seen mostly in E.T. but not a diagnostic sign.
Emperipolesis,  where cells, usually granulocyte precursors but also lymphocytes, are trapped and migrate inside the DMS, but not really inside the MKcytoplasm.DMS = The demarcation membranes correspond to an extensive membrane systemThis image was taken from a case of E.T.
