History:
Idiopathic Juvenile Polymyositis at the age of 7 years, on steroid & immunosuppressive.
Splenomegaly.
Treated for Leishmneia 1 year ago.
Complain:
Low grade fever. - Generalized fatigue. - Poor oral intake.
O/E:
Cushinoid face, short stature, delayed puperty, Splenomegaly.

- WBC: 2x103 /uL (Neutrophils: 1.54x103 /uL - Lymphocytes: 0.5x103 /uL - Monocytes: 0.13x103 /uL - Eosinophils: 0x103 /uL - Basophils: 0.2x103 /uL) "Cell counter Diff. count".
- HGB: 9.3g/dL - MCV: 71.5fL -MCH: 22.7pG - MCHC:32%
- Platelet: 9.4x103 /uL
PT: sec. (R.R.: 11-15) - INR: (R.R.: 0.8 - 1.2) - APTT: sec.(R.R.: 25-40) - D-Dimer: ng/mL (R.R.: 0-500)
L.F.T.: AST: 49u/L (R.R.: 15-37) - ALT: 47u/L (R.R.: 17-41) -
Ca: 2.18 mmol/L (R.R.: 2.2-2.5)
LDH: 287u/L (R.R.: 98-192).
Serum Iron: 6 umol/L (7-30.5)
