48 y old Yemeni with no significant history

Vomiting of blood , dizziness, generalized weakness , fatigue 2 weeks ago

No fever or bleeding from other body organs .

Pale , conscious, stable vital signs , not jaundice , a febrile.

WBC: 35 X10³/uL

PLT : 15 X10³/uL

HB: 6.8 g/dL

NORMAL APTT, INR .

Acute leukemia

Peripheral smear show 85% blast cells

Blast cells ( large cells , basophilic cytoplasm , high N/C ratio , irregular nucleus with prominent nucleoli , Auer rods are seen)
