Long history of type 2 DM (More than 35 years)
Anemia of chronic illness
There is Tumefaction of right foot and leg with multiple sinuses for for more than 10 years
Foot ulcer with purulent discharge admixed with granules.
Samples from purulent discharge and smear of crushed granules are sent to microbiology lab.
